Hello and thank you for your interest in Journey Skin Co.. I am, Tatiana Pace, a multi award-winning Esthetician and owner of Journey Skin Co.. Helping others feel their best is a passion of mine and I am happy to share my passion with you. I have over 10 years of experience helping improve the lives of thousands of skin care clients ranging in age from 12 to 75 years. I work closely with each client and have achieved amazing results through listening to client concerns, educating, and guided care planning. I am passionate about helping others and believes that self-care is the key to happiness and health. Please let me join you on your journey to a more joyful, beautiful, healthier YOU! LOCATION We are located inside the beautiful Hair Factory in Lyndhurst, NJ. When you arrive, let the receptionist know you are there for Tatiana and you’ll be checked in. Once checked in, I’ll meet you at the desk. NEW CLIENTS Once you schedule an appointment with us, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to the new client forms. Please be sure to complete before your visit so it does not take time away from your service. ***The New Client form only needs to be completed 1 x per year. If you are receiving a specialty service, that is a separate form that will also need to be completed***Business Hours

Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULE /NO-SHOW
POLICY
Your appointments are very important to the entire Journey Skin Co family and they
are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or reschedules.
STRICT & ENFORCED 48 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY
* Cancellations/Reschedules made less than 48 hours prior to an appointment (but not on the date of the appointment) are subject to a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service value.
* Cancellations/Reschedules made on the day of the appointment are subject to a charge equal to 100% of the reserved service amount.
* If an appointment is made the same day and client needs to cancel, the client then must cancel within 4 (four) hours of the appointment time, or will result in charge equal to 100% of the reserved service amount.
* “NO-SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. No exceptions.
